We provide a fully comprehensive professional Construction Consultancy service to our Clients successfully deliver building and construction projects since 2006 by working alongside Design Teams and Contractors to deliver projects in a variety of construction sectors from minor works to new build developments.
Is your project viable? Find out and set a realistic budget. We provide every level of estimate from a simple feasibility study to a detailed elemental cost plan. Simply send us your designs and sketches and we will estimate the cost of your project.
Have a design but require this incorporating into a package ready for tendering? Send us your information and we will produce a set of tender documents including Preliminaries, Schedule of Works, Form of Tender and Tender Invitation Letter but this can be adapted to suit individual Client requirements.
A Clients need for early cost certainty against their need to keep opportunities for changes in the project design open or the need to demonstrate competition versus a preference for partnering. These are decisions a Client will need to make when deciding which contract route to take. We are able to provide advice in order to assist our clients throughout this process in making informed decisions and we will complete contract documents for signature.
Once on site our team of Quantity Surveyors will work with the project team managing the day to day financuial running of your project including agreeing variations to the contract as they occur, regular interim valuations with the contractor and issuing periodic financial reports enabling you to keep on top of your cashflow, spend and costs to complete your project.
We will prepare final accounts for submission incuding all substantiation including any claims for loss and expense / delay / prolongation / disruption / acceleration and will negotiate with respective parties and seek to come to an agreeable commercial settlement outcome for all parties concerned. We will offer practical and cost effective advice to our Clients to ensure grievances are resolved as quickly as possible but comprehensively dealt with. We are able to deal with a wide range of contractual issues at all stages of construction work and given that 'prevention is better than cure' we offer all of our Clients advice on ways to avoid disputes and practical steps to take to avoid any future recurrence.
We are able to offer a complete Project Management service for building and construction projects. Our service focuses on offering an expert professional service working with Clients to explore their options, define their project needs and manage the delivery of their project.
Construction Management is a more flexible procurement route that allows the Client to start on site far quicker than the alternative traditional forms of contract and we will work with the Project team and Client and push the project forward procuring the necessary Trade Contractors at as an early stage as possible to ensure cost certainty for the Client and allow the project to progress on programme.
There are many stages to a construction project and we aim to work with every Client from the earliest opportunity, through the project itself and beyond completion. By building a close relationship with each of our Clients we are able to co-ordinate each project from start to completion and beyond. From searching out prospective sites, comparing funding options and working with Clients to negotiate Development Agreements gto enable site purchase.
